当你在工作中犯错或冒犯别人时,可能就人会遭到对方的抱怨或指责。抱怨、指责的语气较重,因此一定要保持冷静,向对方解释事情发生的原因;如果确实是自己的错,则要诚恳地道歉。

A: Our neighbor company like to have their radios turned on loud, I see./我发现咱们隔壁的公司喜欢把收音机开得很大。

B: Yes. It's like this almost every day. It's most irriatating!/是啊,差不多天天都是这样,真是烦人。

一般来说,公司的高层领导由于事务繁忙,与中层主管或员工交流的机会很少,而且谈话的时间不长。因此,在与领导谈工作时,要尽管言简意赅,尽可能为他节省时间,同时还要把息的观点说明白。
  
Dialogue
A: Mr. Wang, this is ridiculous. I've just opened this letter with a check for nothing that a customer's sent us./王先生,真是可笑。我刚打开这封信,是一位顾客寄来的。里面是一张空白支票。
